Getting started

  1. Open the DMG and drag Chief of Staff to Applications.
  2. Launch and sign in with the Google account you joined the waitlist with.
  3. Grant permission for Gmail (read + label).
  4. Wait a moment while we analyze your last week of email.
  5. Triage 5-10 items so the app learns what matters to you.

How this works

Your inbox stays on your Mac. Email content goes from your laptop directly to Google's Gemini for analysis — we don't have a server in the path. Everything else stays on your laptop.
